Designed to support the growing demand for services in Northern New Jersey, this role allows for tremendous career growth and mentor opportunities. Ideal candidates will be excited to work alongside a team of 9 Neonatologists, several Neonatal Hospitalists, and Neonatal APPs in our 56-bed Level III NICU with over 6,500 deliveries per year. Our division has access to pediatric subspecialties, pediatric surgical support, total body hypothermia, high-frequency ventilation (HFOV and VDR), NAVA ventilator, INO, and regional transport service.

About Position:
Care provided primarily in a 56-bed inpatient unit
Work closely with large support staff to assure quality and best practices are delivered daily
Various mentor and teaching opportunities
Qualifications:
Board-Certified in Neonatology
NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Previous leadership experience is preferred
