We are seeking a dynamic Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who is looking to enjoy warm Florida weather and join our growing practice. This position involves, week on week off, or a flexible schedule (Overall 26 weeks per year) or if you like part-time, it is negotiable. Job functions: Cover level 1 nursery and newborn services, attend high-risk deliveries, and stabilize and transfer babies needing a higher level of care. Must be comfortable to work independently. ADC of level 1 nursery and newborn is 5-7. Must be able to perform procedures ( UA/UV line, Chest tube, intubation, surfactant therapy, spinal tap, and Neonatal resuscitation (NRP) ). Round on Level 1 nursery and newborns and then help see patients at neonatal outpatient follow-up program), then stay on call from home ( 30 mins response time). Aggressive bonus structure and opportunity to grow.
