The Division of Neonatology at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a full-time neonatologist to join them at a busy Level III NICU in the western suburbs of Chicago! Lurie Children’s neonatology team consists of 5 neonatologists and 4 NNPs at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) in the western suburbs of Chicago. The 35 bed, regional referral NICU cares for a broad array of medical and surgical diagnoses. The Unit is supported by a large onsite maternal fetal medicine program which features maternal and neonatal transports. Additionally, the Lurie Children’s pediatric program at CDH (6th largest in metro Chicago) includes a 7 bed PICU, inpatient pediatric program with hospitalists, over 15 pediatric specialties including onsite pediatric surgery, pediatric emergency department and extensive outpatient clinics. CDH is a regional referral center with over 650 incoming pediatric and neonatal transports per year.
The individual must be an MD and be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine and licensed in the State of Illinois to practice without restriction. This position is not J1 visa qualified.
