Bozeman Health seeks a seasoned clinical Neonatologist. This position is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced physician to provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve the clinical, quality and financial objectives. There is growth potential and developing need for additional services as we plan for implementation of level 3 NICU status over the next 3 years.
Bozeman Health delivers more than 1,200 babies each year and offers complete family-focused care. Our NICU currently offers level 2 status and has been operational since October, 2020. Our neonatology team works collaboratively with Maternal Fetal Medicine and Pediatric physicians. We believe in a team-based approach to care using evidence-based principles of health care.
The ideal candidate will possess Neonatology experience and preferable experience in a leadership role in a NICU and strong skills in developing policy and procedure. Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine is required. This is a full-time position with shared clinical and administrative responsibilities and will include clinical time.

Bozeman Deaconess Hospital is a 125-bed facility, with 10 OR suites, 20 CCU beds, and 26 ED beds. Our newly opened Women’s Tower holds 17 postpartum beds, 2 antepartum beds, 8 labor & delivery suites, 10 newborn nursery beds and 10 NICU beds.
